I have been waiting for my refund from @Ask_Spectrum for well over a month. Service was disconnected and I switched to Fios in August. I’ve called various times. I’ve been given various answers and explanations. Now the refund was sent to the wrong address…

@NPadillaNYC @GetSpectrum I had a similar problem with Optimum. Now I have 5G Home Internet from Verizon. FiOS remains the best internet I’ve had in recent years, but since I can’t get it in my apartment, I’m doing fairly well with this cellular internet from Verizon.

So now, they're wanting me to pay an outrageous (again raising) for about 1.5 days of Internet service. I'm annoyed because - I never missed a bill @GetSpectrum and all you and @Ask_Spectrum can say is 'well, you're no longer with us, so you owe us the full bill'

@Ask_Spectrum I’ll just call customer service again in the morning. Last tech said it was a “hub” issue nothing he could fix. But since it only works maybe 50% of the time at most I shouldn’t be billed for full service. Been using our data from @ATT & considering switching to their service.
