I had tohave myLaz yBoy recliner repaired and even though Inever bought itfrom Wrights Furniture they took care ofmy warranty repairs. They were all sovery helpful and went out oftheir way toget mychair repaired and back tome ina timely manner. Iwould highly recommend them for their fine service. Iknow the next time Ineed tobuy furniture orcarpeting Iwill bedriving toPontiac toshop their store.

I have somany good things tosay about Wright's Furniture inPontiac!
Your customer service and furniture are Top Notch!
I began aprofessional journey with Wright's asa Library Director about1.5yearsago. Cindy has been thorough, professional, accommodating, and willing torespond toquestions even when she has timeoff! She goes above and beyond! Besides helping toselect the carpet with our committee, Cindy also gave our remodeling committee afull tour ofthe store toshow usus available furniture. She had recommendations forus, but she also allowed usto discuss details amongst ourselves.
Kenny laid the carpeting inour library inearly April this year. Hewas courteous and worked very hard toget the job done well and efficiently. Wehave had many compliments onhow nice the carpet looks!
Tanner and David delivered our 2new reading chairs. they were perfect gentleman, showed lovely manners and put the furniture in“just the right spot”.
Wright's even sent Tanner back tobring usa complimentary bottle ofstain remover.
Many people have enjoyed sitting onthese pieces and have mentioned that they value the fine quality ofthem.
Over Thanksgiving weekend, Ibegan apersonal relationship with Wright's when myhusband and Iwalked into look atsofas and sectionals. Tanner greeted usin afriendly way atthe end ofBlack Friday, very close toclosing time. Hewas professional and very knowledgeable about the pieces wechose totryout. Tanner went the extra mile bystaying overtime tomake sure wehad time toconsider our favorite pieces.
The nextday, wearranged topurchase our favorite sectional. Hewas able tocoordinate adiscount with the owner, aswell. This was all very appreciated.
David and Tanner came toour house less than 72hours after wesaw the sectional todeliverit. They were focused ontheir task and very kind.
We have been enjoying our new furniture. Itis firm, yet very comfortable. It's roomy, which helps with 3tall men inthe house.

Hands down best customer service ever! Have not bought acouch ina long time and didn’t know what all went into picking asectional. Tiffany was more than knowledgeable and gave uswhat weneed tostart our search for the rightone. Very certain wewill end upmaking our final purchase with her for that reason. Very impressive.

Had agreat experience purchasing aLazboy recliner from Wright's. Who knew shopping for furniture 3months inadvance was too late these days?
Thankfully, Wright's had the perfect, high quality recliner instock tosell. Good price, and they even installed aswivel base before itwas delivered. Ivisited their store onMonday and had mychair, with the swivel base, byThursday! The delivery team was very helpful and very professional. And they included delivery for free!

Wright’s Furniture just delivered mynew refrigerator, coffee/end tables and work console. They were professional asusual, measuring the entry door for clearance and the wall opening for the refrigerator. They even hooked upthe ice maker and Showed mehow toset the temps soit will befully operational ina couple hours. Great job gentlemen and thank you Wright’s for another awesome experience infurniture buying! I’ve never been disappointed with mypurchases over the years!

Felt the price isvery high considering the location.
After checking Ashley Prices, Ifelt the prices are same here. But good things isthey offer free delivery ifyou are staying around.
The customer service isvery nice. They will beready tohelp you assoon asyou walk inso that you don’t have towaste time looking around for what you want.
If your budget allows, it’s definitely worth looking atthis store.
My recommendation for this business owner isto start including furniture for low budget customers like IKEA does.… – show00

We try tobe helpful and competitive all the time. Keep inmind that weare going thru unprecedented times with the pandemic and wedon't control all ofthe pricing changes that are being passed down from manufacturers and weare asmall business and not abig box store and wetake pride incustomer service. Wetry tocarry quality furniture atgood prices but unfortunately wecannot cover everyone's budget.
