  Due tostaffing there will bea 10to 15min wait (or longer) before you’re allowed totest regardless ofthe time you arrive. Overall the staff was friendly and the facility was clean. Try toavoid being too much aspurses, backpacks, etc will not beallowedin. They doprovide lockers for free but there’s noavailability guaranteed asit gets crowded quickly.

  had apleasant experience here. First time taking avery important exam inyears and Iwas sorelax. Didn't have towear myear covers because itwas nice and quiet. Proctor sanitized test area before you enter. Instructions were very clear. Thank you for anice experience towards mynew career.

  The receptionist was nice. That isthe only good thing that Ican say about myexperience. The testing cubicles were small and cramped. Ididn’t feel comfortable due tothe possibility ofCovid exposure. There was a-lot ofnoise inthe room besideus. Icould hear loud laughing and talking the entire time even with ear muffson. Iwas given adry erase pad towrite onbut the marker didn’t even work. Idid the best that Icould dosince the test was timed. Lastly, there was someone inone oftherooms that was persistently coughing the entire time. Wewere told toreschedule ifwe had acough orother signs ofCovid yet this person was there. I’m not sure ifit was anemployee orcustomer butI, along with others, was very uncomfortable. Bythe grace ofGod, Ipassed mytest. Ireally feel that the ones who don’t pass should receive afull refund.… – show

  Open togive tests onSaturdays which isa life-saver. Staff have always been great tome, everything works fine. Ireally like this place; asmuch asyou can like atesting center;)

  If you pass and want acelebration, lots ofamazing restaurants around. Ifyou fail and are sad and depressed, well, lots ofamazing restaurants around.

  This review isfor the BCY Testing Solution inGreensboroNC, Icouldn’t find apage like this one for them soI’m leaving ithere.
  The test Ihad today was toget myteaching license soit was very important that Idid well. This place was awful! Pearson needs tolearn from Praxis who actually offers avery good place for people togive their tests inGreensboro. Ithought this experience was going tobe like the 3previous ones Ihad with the Praxis center but itwas quite the opposite.
  First,me and three other people were told that wehad towait atleast 30minutes because there weren’t enough computers togive the test. Why doyou schedule appointments ifyou don’t have enough computers?!
  Second, the cubicles were extremely small, Icould totally see the person and computer next tome, and smell them! Aman sitting next tome stunk ofcigarette smoke and was very distracting. Inthe Praxis center you can’t even see the person sitting next toyou, least ofall their computer screen, especially ifyou’re giving the same test.
  Third, wecould hear everything that was going onin the small waiting/checkin-in room through the door. People constantly talking (manager and front desk lady included), aphone onspeaker, and atone point you could listen toa baby crying and someone listening tomusic!!
  Fourth, today is90° and there was noAC! Iwas sweating while giving this very important test for myjob, and smelling people’sBO.
  Fifth, some people have togive their personal belongings tothe front desk lady because there weren’t enough lockers. Isaw purses onthe floor, how’s that secure?
  You’re paying more than $100togive these tests and you expect aquiet place where you can focus and don’t have toworry ifit isgoing tobe hot orcold, noisy orquiet, oreven smelly. Pearson just hires any center with computers not worrying about their poor conditions. Asusual it’s all about the money.… – show

  I Take myIT certification tests here, Staff isfriendly and helpful, fortunately I've never had any issues other than all the computers being taken one Saturday Iwent, had towait about 30mins past myscheduled time for acomputer tobecome available but nobig deal for me

  I agree with Robbie. The server crashed ontwo different occasions Itested and Iwas told bythe proxy itwould start where Ileftoff. Itdidnot. Ihad torepeat the questions, wait for the server torespond and there was noincident report filed. The server repeatedly crashed throughout myexamination. And the clock kept going. These examinations are expensive and aserious deal for the testing center totreat aserver crash like normal business and not file reports. Having totake anexamis nerve wrecking enough, but toexperience aserver crash repeatedly says something about this facility. Iwill not use this center again.… – show

  Took anexam there recently. Great setting, relatively new tech equipment, and very professional staff. Check-in took about 5minutes and then straight tothe exam. The exam room was pretty packed but very quiet and orderly. BCY also provided ear plugs and personal lockers atno additional charge.
  The testing center islocated insuite 150ofOne University Place (ground floor) soif you arrive from the front parking lot you will have totake the stair orelevator down one flight.
